Jamila K. Kinney
Jamila Kekulah Kinney (she/they), MA is the creator of The Moving Soul, a holistic movement practice that bridges the gap between soma, psyche and soul. Jamila is a passionate life long learner and dedicated to the liberation of self. They believe that uncovering the gifts of being human can occur through developing a relationship to self through mindfulness and the body.
Esteban Roa
Esteban Roa is a music therapist, sound healing practitioner and certified mindfulness instructor with additional training in Reiki II and Neurologic Music Therapy. Esteban specializes in creating therapeutic soundscapes to encourage self development, human connection, and an overall enhanced sense of well-being.
AmeĢlie Gaulier
AmeĢlie Gaulier practices as a movement educator and practitioner of Body-Mind Centering (BMC®), completed the level me of study in Body-Mind Psychotherapy (BMP) and became a certified MNDFL mindfulness instructor in 2021. As a performance artist, AmeĢlie has been teaching improvisation through movement, voice, and imagination to children and adults for 14 years.
Cindy Casama
Cindy Casama is a mindfulness practitioner and founder of mixed roots LLC. She comes from a lineage of healers & has been drawn deeper into that heritage through her own unfolding & self discovery process. Cindy invites others into curated experiences that call on people to reimagine the future, to reclaim cultural memory, & to re-inhabit the now.
Kathleen Dameron
Kathleen Dameron explores the intersection between race, collective healing, mindfulness, and culture to facilitate individual and societal generative change. As adjunct professor, she taught leadership development and workplace multicultural skills at French business schools and ran her own consultancy for 27 years. Kathleen creates nurturing, juicy spaces for transformative growth.
Justin Shepherd
Justin brings a decade of experience in global leadership and accounting to the work of embodied transformation with an ethos of compassionate action and awareness, and a belief in our interdependence, animate his approach to individual and organizational growth. Justin is the Operations Director for The Embodiment Institute, intent to explore institutional practices that are decolonized & emergent and that center healing and justice for marginalized bodies.
Nchedochukwu Ezeokoli
Nchedochukwu Ezeokoli, MPH, (they/them) is an intuitive empath, integrative holistic healer, healing-centered coach, speaker & co-Founder of Healing 4 Liberation (H4L), a visionary consulting firm that integrates multidisciplinary sciences, the latest research on trauma healing, somatics, & neuro-linguistic programming based coaching with the spiritual healing arts and other holistic healing + health modalities. “to live fully, we heal”.

Michael Galyon is an ICF certified professional coach & mindfulness instructor on a mission to create a calmer, kinder, & more connected world. With a background in corporate leadership, education, and the creative arts, he helps guide clients to a calmer and more centered space and aligns them with their unique and authentic vision. Michael is a coach, a guide, a champion, a cheerleader, a confidant, and someone who firmly believes in you.
Marcela Washington
Marcela Washington is a meditation guide, positive well being coach, mindful-based personal trainer, and a MNDFL Certified Mindfulness Instructor (CMI). Her area of mindfulness focus is on the development and teaching of active meditations as ways for people to replenish energy, access resourcefulness, reclaim agency, and feel more joy. She is a health equity & compassionate reproductive care advocate, holistic postpartum fitness guide, and founder of Melanin Workouts–Outdoor Training for Black Women.
